# List knowledge base

> Lists workspace documents for the authenticated tenant, most recent
first. These are raw uploaded files, not yet indexed into any agent's
knowledge base; attach one to an agent with POST
/api/v1/agents/{agent_id}/documents/associate/{doc_id} to trigger
indexing.
